Why Minecraft?

Our Gamers For Wellness program believes that gaming can be more than just entertainment, it can be a powerful tool for connection, creativity, and healing. Our Minecraft server offers a safe, inclusive space where players of all backgrounds can come together to build, explore, and support one another. Whether you’re battling stress, feeling isolated, or just need a healthy escape, our server is designed to promote mental wellness, encourage positive social interaction, and remind you that you’re never alone ๐Ÿ’š

  1. Respect Others & Their Builds:
    1. Donโ€™t build, modify, or take items from others without permission.
    2. Shared farms (10×10+) should be replanted; personal farms are private.
  2. PvP & Pranks:
    1. Player versus Player (PvP) is allowed in The Wild – no killing pets or trapping players
  3. Community Conduct:
    1. Be kind, use English in chat, and report issues to staff.
    2. Only verified MWA Discord members can build (verify below).
  4. Have Fun:
    1. Keep the server welcoming & collaborative

๐ŸŽฎ How to Join the Server

  1. Open Minecraft โ†’ Select “Multiplayer” โ†’ Go to “Servers” tab.
  2. Click “Add Server” and enter:
    1. Server Name: Gamers For Wellness
    2. Java Address: 172.240.87.38:20744
      1. Note: Make sure you have 1.21.4 installed if running on Java
    3. Bedrock Address:
      1. IP: 172.240.87.38
      2. Port: 20744
  3. Save.
  4. To get verification to build in the wild, please open a Discord ticket (The channel looks like the pic below)!
