The Miracle Workers Alliance (MWA) Board of Directors convened for its regular meeting on February 23, 2025, at 6:09 PM EST via the Discord Board Room. President and CEO Korey G. Miracle presided over the session, with a full quorum of directors.

1. Approval of Previous Minutes & Agenda

2. Executive & Treasurer Reports
- President Korey G. Miracle highlighted:
- Growth of MWA’s Twitch channel and successful Gamers for Wellness/movie events.
- Ongoing tax-exempt status wait (expected resolution by March–June 2025).
- Continued volunteer recruitment efforts.
- Treasurer Faith D. Adams reported:
- $21 donation from Sam Boyce for web domain renewal.
- Upcoming $78 web hosting fee in April.
- Donation options (CashApp/PayPal) to be added via Linktree (pro status secured).
New Business Highlights
Approval of CEO’s January Timesheet
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Motion: A motion was made by Michael Dilley to Approve the CEO’s January timesheet. Seconded by Subreina Davis.
- Vote: Approved by a unanimous vote among those present (1 abstention due to an absence).
Reappointment of Directors
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: Both were interested in staying on as board directors.
- Motion: A motion was made by Michael Dilley to re-elect Samantha Boyce & Hailey Medina. Seconded by Subreina Davis.
- Vote: Approved by a unanimous vote among those present (1 abstention due to an absence).
Open Forum
- Subreina Davis announced plans for more gaming events, including a potential Baldur’s Gate 3 campaign on MWA’s Twitch.
- Jordan Anderson noted streaming challenges due to internet issues but remains committed.
- Korey G. Miracle shared updates:
- Renaming D&D event to “MWA Volunteers: D&D Campaign.”
- Progress on FiveM and Minecraft servers for community use.
