What is Peer Support?

Our Certified Peer Support Specialists have lived experience with mental health challenges, have completed accredited training, and are here to offer emotional support, understanding, and resources, all within our moderated Discord community.

Why We Use Discord

For now, we use Discord to provide a safe, accessible space where support is easy to find and genuine connections can grow, and once funding allows, we plan to expand to our own dedicated platform/app.

How it works:

    1. Create a free account if you don’t have one.
  2. Create a free Discord account (if you don’t have one yet)
  3. Choose Your Roles – Pick the ones you’d like to display publicly
  4. Read & Accept the Rules – We keep our community safe and respectful
  5. Start Connecting –
    1. For private 1-on-1 support: open a ticket in #1-on-1
    2. For group/public peer chat: join the #ps-public channel
